Live the life you deserve.

Do you struggle with feeling as though you aren't good enough? Do you find difficulty asserting yourself or feel guilty when asking for what you need? It can be easy to lose sight of who you are when you are conditioned to live life according to the expectations of others. The messages we are given about ourselves in childhood are powerful and they can last a lifetime. Sometimes they are positive, supportive and nurturing. Other times they can be harmful or self-limiting and can cause us to question our worth and our abilities. These messages, which eventually turn into our core beliefs can either propel us forward, or they might inhibit us from our true potential. Therapy can help you reconnect with yourself and dive deep within to uncover parts of yourself that might be suppressed by the expectations and conditioning you've received in your early upbringing. As a therapist, my role is to gently hold space for you as you process your thoughts, feelings and experiences in a safe, nonjudgemental environment. Using a mindful and holistic approach, I will collaborate with you to help you unpack the layers of your childhood so that you can begin your path to healing and live the life that you deserve.
